Glyphdatum Atelier Kit: terms, refunds and privacy

What you are buying

The kit is a digital product. It includes access to the guided pricing calculator (12 crafts), the Excel pricing spreadsheet, 10 documents in Word and PDF, and the usage guide. The access link arrives instantly at your purchase email. There is no physical product.

Personal licence

The licence is yours, for your own studio, and is tied to the email used at purchase. You may use the calculator, the spreadsheet and the documents in your business and in quotes for your customers, with no limit on orders.

You may not resell the kit, share your access link, pass the files on, or copy the content to sell or distribute as your own.

Access works on up to 2 devices. If you change device or clear your browser data, you can release your devices once every 30 days. If you lose your link, request a new one at /kit/recuperar with your purchase email: the new link is sent only to that email and the previous one stops working.

What the calculator does and does not do

The starting values are examples: replace them with your own. The result depends on what you enter. The calculator is an organising and pricing tool. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and it does not guarantee sales or profit.

The data you enter is stored on your device. If you clear your browser data it is lost, and we cannot recover it. To avoid losing it, or to move to another device, use the calculator's “Save a copy” option, which downloads a file with your data.

Payment

Payment, sales tax/VAT and the receipt are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment transaction.

Intellectual property

The calculator, the spreadsheet, the documents and the kit's texts are original work of Glyphdatum. The licence above gives you the right to use them, not to copy or transfer them.

Changes

We may improve the calculator and update these texts. Material changes will appear on this page with an updated date.

14-day guarantee

If the kit did not work for you, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. You do not need to give a reason.

If a file will not open, a link does not work, or you have any access problem, write to us as well: we will fix it or refund you.

How to request one

Email us your order number (it is on your Paddle receipt) at the contact below. The refund is issued by Paddle to the payment method used at purchase and may take a few business days to appear. Once refunded, the licence is cancelled and access stops working.

What Paddle collects

To process the purchase, Paddle collects your name, email, country and payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details.

What we keep

Your purchase email, the transaction number, the product, the language and the licence status. The key in your access link is never stored: we keep only an irreversible fingerprint of it. We also keep a random identifier for your device and a log of access requests, only to enforce the 2-device limit and block abuse.

If you send a suggestion through the suggestion box, we keep the text, the craft and the language, and any contact you choose to give. We use it to improve the kit.

The “I want to receive news” box starts unchecked. We only send news if you tick it, and we keep your choice with the date and the version of the text shown. You can untick it at any time.

What we do not keep

The values you enter in the calculator (costs, measurements, customer prices) are calculated on the server at the moment of use and are not stored. They stay only on your device.

Cookies

Access uses two necessary cookies, valid for 1 year: one with the access key and one with the device identifier. The page's JavaScript cannot read them. The link key does not go through Google Analytics: the email link swaps the key for a cookie and opens the page without it in the address. The site in general uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for visit statistics.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by email, wherever you are, including under Brazil's LGPD and the EU's GDPR. We do not sell personal data. We keep data while the licence is active and for as long as the law requires, and delete it when you ask, subject to legal obligations.
